My services help release old, subconscious patterns that keep us feeling stuck in life. To fully heal we need to uproot parts of ourselves that have remained underground in our subconscious. Talk therapy cannnot fully get at what remains dormant in our subconscious. Our subconscious stems all the way back to our early childhood, our birth & possibly beyond. By uprooting & breathing new life to what lies deep within our subconscious we are able to finally fully let go, heal & unveil our true selves. A happier, more fulfilled successful soul self. The soul you have come here to live in this life is a happy, integrated successful self. If this does not feel like the life you are currently living you may have subconscious patterning getting in your way. To heal this we have to be able to access these subconscious patterns that we probably don't even know exist.

But how? In order to do this we have to go deep & start to communicate & connect with our subconscious self. We need to retrain our subconscious new ways of being that are healthier & more in alignment with the new us we want to be in this life. We need to use approaches that can get at this level. This typically goes beyond traditional talk therapy approaches. In order to help people dig deep I combine my previous counseling background as an LICSW servicing children & families overcoming traumatic events; with a variety of holistic, intuitive therapies I have learned over the years. I now work as a life coach with a wide variety of tools to provide a more holistic approach to healing.
